Websites engineered to rank from the first line of code.

Most agency websites are designed for awards. Ours are designed for Google — and for the customer ready to call, book, or buy. Fast, mobile-first, structured for ranking, tuned for conversion. The technical foundation is right from day one.

Who It Is For

Is this the right fit?

  • Businesses ready to rebuild rather than retrofit an old site that was never built for SEO.
  • New businesses that need a website that can actually compete in their local market from launch.
  • Multi-location or multi-service businesses that need a scalable site architecture, not a fragile one.
  • Businesses moving off DIY platforms (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy) onto something professional-grade.
  • Businesses whose current site fails on mobile — small text, broken layouts, slow load. Mobile is where most local search happens.
Why It Matters

A rebuild can be faster than retrofitting.

If your current site has 3+ years of technical debt — old plugins, slow themes, accumulated redirect chains, inconsistent schema — fixing it can cost more than rebuilding it. A site engineered for SEO from day one ships with all the technical foundation already in place: proper structure, fast load, mobile-first, schema, internal linking. That is a 12-month head start over retrofitting an aging site.

What is Included

Everything you get in this engagement.

Strategy & sitemap

Before any pixel is designed, we map the pages, services, and keyword targets. The structure is the foundation; we get it right first.

SEO-first design system

Premium visual design built around the technical structure search engines reward. No bloated builders, no template-y feel, no animation overload.

Content writing

Every page written by a human, tuned for both search intent and the way your customers actually talk. No AI slop, no boilerplate filler.

Mobile-first development

We design for mobile first, then scale up. Most of your customers are on phones; that is where the experience has to be best.

Built-in schema markup

Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, BreadcrumbList — implemented natively, not retrofitted with a plugin.

Performance engineering

Sub-2-second loads. Green Core Web Vitals. Optimized images, lazy loading, minimal JavaScript. Built to score on PageSpeed Insights.

Conversion-tuned CTAs

Every page has a clear next step — call, book, request, download. We A/B test placement and copy if the engagement warrants it.

Hand-off & training

You own the site. We hand off CMS access, a written maintenance guide, and a recorded training video so you can update content yourself.

The Process

How a SEO Website Design engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Discovery & sitemap

Two-week phase: keyword research, competitor analysis, content inventory, sitemap design. You sign off on the structure before design starts.

  2. 02

    Design

Two to three weeks: visual design across desktop, tablet, and mobile. You see every key page before development. No surprises at launch.

  3. 03

    Build

Three to four weeks: development, content writing, schema implementation, performance optimization. You see a staging site with everything wired up before launch.

  4. 04

    QA & launch

One week: cross-browser testing, mobile testing, accessibility audit, redirect map from old URLs, sitemap submission to Google. Launch with rankings preserved.

  5. 05

    Post-launch monitoring

We watch rankings, traffic, and Core Web Vitals for 30 days after launch and fix any unexpected issues. Then the site is yours.

Questions

FAQ.

How long does a full rebuild take?

Most sites ship in 8–12 weeks from kickoff. Larger sites (50+ pages, multi-location) can take 12–16 weeks. We give a specific timeline at the strategy stage, not a guess.

What platform do you build on?

Depends on your needs. For most local businesses we recommend a static-first stack (HTML/CSS, deployed on Netlify or similar) because it is faster, more secure, and ranks better than CMS-heavy sites. For businesses that need to update content daily, we recommend WordPress or Webflow. We will recommend the platform that fits your actual workflow, not the one we like.

Will I lose my current rankings during the rebuild?

No, if it is done right. We map every existing URL to a new one, set up 301 redirects, preserve schema and metadata, and re-submit the sitemap. Most rebuilds gain rankings within 60 days of launch because the new technical foundation is stronger.

Do you do logos and branding?

No. We focus on SEO website design. If you need a logo or brand identity, we can refer you to designers we trust. If you already have a brand, we work within it.

What does it cost?

SEO Website Design is a custom build, quoted after the free Site Health Check: a focused 5-page local-business site starts around $3,500, and larger multi-page builds run $7,500–$15,000. If your current site is fundamentally sound, an ongoing SEO package (from $350/month) is often the better investment than a full rebuild — the audit will tell us which path makes sense.
